To process payment and manage our financial records – lawful basis: performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.
To communicate with you about your project, including updates and after-sales support – lawful basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.

Enquiry and quotation data (where no order is placed) – up to 2 years from the date of last contact.
Customer and project data (where an order is placed) – up to 7 years from completion of the contract, to satisfy our legal and financial obligations.

After the relevant retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Right of access – to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification – to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure – to ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.
